Chastity Belt lead singer & guitarist Julia Shapiro has released the lead single from her debut solo album ‘Perfect Vision’ which will be out June 14th via Hardly Art. ‘Natural’, a beautiful post-punky, indie song is just one written following a cancelled Chastity Belt tour when she was also dealing with health issues, a recently ended relationship and a life that was beginning to spiral out of control. An intimate and self-aware look at herself and the things she might change Shapiro’s songs are full of perfect shimmering guitars and sharp lyrics.
